At Dockers®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of the purchase date.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a small return processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
